• Septic System Inspections. Are you buying a new home, vacation home, or commercial property? Have us inspect the septic system to ensure it is built to the design standards, and is functioning properly, with no deficiencies or malfunctions. Are you building a new deck, out building, or adding on to your home? Have us locate the tank and disposal field for you to avoid a costly mistake during construction.

• Sewer Line Inspections. Are you buying a home or commercial building that is connected to city or town sewer services? Have us inspect the sewer lines to ensure all lines are connected and free of blockages such as roots, rocks, or collapsed pipes.

• Drain Line Cleaning. Is your home or business experiencing a plumbing system backup? We can clean and remove clogs, roots, and backups from your plumbing system and inspect the pipe internally with our camera to make sure everything will flow as it should.

• Riser Installation. Maine state inspection guidelines dictate cleaning access shall be no greater than 6 inches below grade (Ground Level), and septic tank filter access shall be to grade (At Ground Level). We can instal access risers on your tank to bring your septic system up to code.

• Outlet Baffle Installation. Has the outlet baffle in your septic tank fallen off? We can replace it with a new PVC baffle to protect your disposal field from sludge buildup and failure.
